Tasks and responsibilities include:

 

  • supporting the Speaker and the Board;
  • managing and coordinating PhD student requests;
  • acting as liaison to the SSC and DLE FSNF (i.e., Center for Doctoral Studies);
  • organizing and promoting school-wide activities and events;
  • providing support in obtaining additional funding and managing budget and reports of involved third-party funding;
  • promoting OMDS internationally (e.g., organize international recruitment calls, support the selection process); and
  • maintaining OMDS website and other communication tools.
